The discussion-based approach to improving literary understanding

This mini course presents for teachers how to help students engage in deep understandings of literature by using classroom discussion. The mini course has two units. Unit One states that the introduction of the course and the classroom discourses. Unit Two addresses that how to apply classroom discourses to improve literary understanding.

After finishing the course, learners can apply the discussion-based approaches to improve literary understanding through classroom conversation.

This lesson is designed by Yueh-Chen,Weng, who is taking the master in curriculum development and instructional technology program at State University of New York at Albany.

In your introduction try to summarize or paraphase your topic, don't quote in the first paragraph.*Light bulbs are confusing. Lights bulbs are usually used for ideas. I suggest another image at the beginning of the line but not at end.Unit headings ideal. I would suggest using bullets instead of the dashGive the learner instructions on navigating in the course. Look at my course for an example.Capitalize the name of your pages for example "Basic Idea" instead of "basic idea:
