👨🏼‍💼 Hmmm... I definitely think it is motivating for students when their parents are involved in their learning. The kids always work so hard right before the winter and spring band concerts when they get to show their families what they've learned.

👩🏽‍🏫 I agree and motivation is key to so many things. It helps their whole attitude toward school.

👩🏾‍💼 Not only do engaged parents help with student motivation, they also help motivate me. It can be so defeating to send out an important email and get zero response.
