Your introduction is great, the content is intelligent and engaging. I would just say to watch out for some minor spelling errors just to refine it, no big deal.
One comment I can make, and its absolutely not necessary to change, but something to think about: I really enjoy that you gave a little background and insight into each Unit, however when you read it in a block of text it is slightly more challenging to remember which until each comment applied to once you jump to the units. Maybe discussing them under or near each unit might help? Although you did a good job of making connections between your units, so maybe it's just my brain that got confused ;)

i really enjoyed your unit 1 for your minicourse. I have always been interested in QR codes and have made some myself for my classroom, I need to make more and integrate them into my class. I like the videos you added to your course especially the one from Ted. The unit provided me with some reasons to produce more codes. I was looking forward to units 2 and 3 to see how to produce the codes and how you use them in the classroom. Keep up the good work.
