Comments on the learning objectives:

 * Learn how to design and create an E-portfolio's.
 * Learn how to incorporate E-portfolio's into their courses.

Following Gagne, the expected outcome should not use the verb "learn" but should use "demonstrate" or "know" etc. As well, are these two objectives actually the same? How can you know how to design it without connecting to a course? --Jianwei

Thanks Jianwei for your comments. I have made the changes and a few others.

Objectives and map -- Jz833665 16:23, 31 March 2008 (EDT)

Hi Jen. I'm not sure why you want to say "at the end of the semester," as portfolio is a tool for formative assessment.

Use E-Portfolios to evaluate students performance at the end of the semester.

As well, the map should map out the objectives and their prerequisites and their connections. See Gagne's example. The contents of the units are then designed based on that map. You seem to be mapping the contents instead. This map is fine at this point, but as you start to work on each unit, having a map of the specific objectives and their prerequisites is very helpful.

Thanks for Jianwei for your comments. I have been working outside of Wiki the past few weeks getting content for my units. I plan on uploading information Thursday-Sunday. Have a great day.
