My Name is Nate and I am a 2008 graduate of SUNY Geneseo with a degree in history and education and was captain of the track team while there. After graduating from Geneseo I worked at Ithaca High School for a couple of years as an Economics teacher and as one of the founders of a digital credit recovery program that was designed to help students who had fallen behind, graduate with their cohorts.

During the past year I have worked in the position of K-12 Outreach Coordinator at Cornell University. I work with local schools to help design programs that have the goal of enhancing education equity. I also advise about 10 student groups that all work towards that same goal while being engaged with elementary, middle and high school students.
