My name is Lauren Dembrosky, I am enrolled in the CDIT program and currently work at Open SUNY which provides technical and educational support for online courses throughout SUNY. We work with 36 of the 64 campuses. I work for the help desk as an instructional technologist helping faculty and providing face-to-face training and also webinars.
