You have done comprehensive needs and learner analysis and created clear objectives. Nice progress. You may say more about what you have found through the needs assessment and learner analysis (e.g. Inoformation collection)
I think you could include the following two objectives more explicitly
- pedagogical uses: waht are the possible ways to use this tool.
- value: what are some of the benefits? Why should language educators care about it?
The following two items are basically your objective 1, so may not be your prerequisite. You may make your objective 1 more specific based these two items.
•Knowledge what VOKI is about and what it offers (not sure if this should go here or in the next objective pre-requisite)

In your next step, please better organize your mini-course using a front page that includes links to the units, each of which will be a wiki page. See an example for the format: Effective_Questioning_in_the_Classroom
Your unit 2-3 can also focus more on the educational uses of this tool, such as how to use it to enhance community building and communication.
