Module 6 Overview

We have reached the final module, module six (6). This module will provide us the opportunity to “wrap-up” our thoughts and learning for this course. This module will primarily focus on the final project.

Your first task is to take notes on the videos within the Module 6 Mini Lecture tab as well as the articles within the Module 6 Required Readings tab.

There is NO discussion for this module.

The only assignment that is due within this module is to complete the Module 6 Assessment – Final Project. See the directions for this final project within the Module 6 Assessment – Submit Final Project tab.

Finally, there is a Course Evaluation. This will contain questions directed both at the instructional design and implementation of the course as well as questions focusing on the effort and diligence you put forth when completing the course. Complete this task in the Module 6 Course Evaluation tab.

Module 6 Objectives

At the conclusion of this module, the learner:

  • Will evaluate and critique existing lesson plans, offering input regarding strengths and weaknesses when focusing on the desired 21st century skills. Students will also have the opportunity to draw conclusions solidified within the course with a traditional essay focusing on a similar theme if they choose that path. (Cognitive Learning Domain)
  • Will have the opportunity to compose a reflection of their personal experiences within the learning environment and how they could have changed and constructed a more engaging lesson that aligns with the desired 21st century skills. (Psychomotor Learning Domain)
  • Will select and share moments within the course and their personal experiences that have shifted their mindset in regard to infusing the desired 21st century skills within their learning environment. (Affective Learning Domain)

There are no required readings for this module.

Module 6 Mini Lecture

Please watch all videos attached for this module. These videos will replace the lecture segments of a traditional in-person course. When developing your discussion posts, small group activities, or independent assessments, I encourage you to incorporate concepts and methods covered throughout the videos.

There is no discussion for the final module. Please work on crafting an exceptional final project.
