Now, you may be wondering: What is Mindset?

The two mindsets we will be focusing on are fixed and growth. Carol Dweck, one of the world's largest researchers in the field of motivation, explains that simply being aware of the fact that there are two mindsets makes a student more successful. A student with a fixed mindset believes intelligence is static. A student with growth mindset believes intelligence can be developed.
