As we are half way through the course, this will be a solo mission. Independently analyzing material is a significant part of game-based learning. Students should be reaching inferences independently to ensure long term memory. The following article provides several game-based learning examples. Read and analyze what structures a game oriented lesson.

Deep read the above article to analyze the learning objectives for each lesson. Afterward, go to the top of the lesson and click on the discussion tab. Write a short paragraph including three things about reading and your conclusions - what did you learn about? What do you want to know more about? If you are in a current classroom, how does this relate to classroom structure? How will you build your game-based lesson our learning objectives?

Commenting on the reading will award you +3 points. You will receive an additional +1 optional point if you respond to someone else's thoughts. So you can earn up to +4 points.
