I am an Assistant Professor at Schenectady County Community College in the School of Hotel, Culinary Arts, and Tourism. I am also a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and a Certified Instructor for Training for Intervention ProcedureS (TIPS) program for Health Communication Inc.
