Introduction
In order to integrate technology into our lessons we need to consider the NYS learning standards for technology. Although many of our students have exposure to computer systems at home, many do not and the only experience they have may be in school. The more opportunities we provide the more computer literate our students will become.

- Key Idea: Computers, as tools for design, modeling, information processing, communication, and system control, have greatly increased human productivity and knowledge.
