What you need to do
1) Watch the ted talk by Nadine Burke Harris. https://www.ted.com/talks/nadine_burke_harris
2) Post an initial discussion approximately 300-500 words following the prompt given, and respond to at least two peers.
3) Complete the story board final project

Reflect on the following questions and comment on at least two of your peer's discussion posts. What side effects do people who face childhood trauma face? A study called "Adverse Childhood Experiences Study" was done, what were the results? How does this information effect our students in the classroom?
Final Project - Storyboard
Using the website, https://www.storyboardthat, create two skits. The first skit will be an interaction between a student and teacher that demonstrates not handling a situation with sensitivity. The second skit will be how a teacher should demonstrate that they are creating a comfortable and supportive environment for all students.
Here's an example of the same situation but handled two different ways,
