- Visit the following website https://www.pbis.org/resource/804/behavior-support-plan-template. Locate the Behavior Support Plan Template towards the bottom of the page. This template provides instructors things such as an outline for identifying problematic behavior, strategies for achieving desired behavior, identifying goals, and who is responsible. You may change the template to fit yours and your students needs.

PBIS is a never-ending process and can always be changed and updated as the students grow and their behavior changes. A plan that may be implemented in the beginning of the school year, may change throughout the year.
It is important to ask both your co-workers and your students for suggestions and feedback on your interventions.
