I'm very pleased to see the progress made in your design project. A few suggestions:
1) refine the statements of objectives, some of which are currently too vague. For example:
Participants will be able to use MS Movie Maker to integrate technology into the classroom and engage students at a higher level
"use MS Movie Maker to integrate technology into the classroom" does not make sense. Think about changing it to something like: Describe at least three benefits/usages of movie making in classroom to engage students actively in learning and understanding... (just an example to guide your thinking)
Participants will be able to assess learning by using technologically based lessons
I assume that your focus is on assessing students understanding/knowledge based their movie making activities, instead of assess all types of tech-based lessons.
2) Refine your task analysis and sequence the objectives in a more coherent way. Currently, your unit 1 begin with objectives about tech details, unit 2 focuses on lesson design, and unit 3 on assessment. My sense is that the participants need to understand the educational value of movie making (both verbal information and attitudes) before they'd want to learn about the tech details. So you unit 1 may begin with pedagogical use of movie making.

I'm pleased to see your unit 2 drafted. Nice work. I've modified your pages a bit, to move your unit links to a new page, as your course front page; Your current page will your portfolio (back stage work) that will not direct face your end user. Please format your course front page as you'd like.
Your unit 2 works well. My only suggestion is to give the participant an educational task, such to to create a movie about the Civil War (or any other topic) and you may point him/her to a few video clips that can download online in case that he/she does have any on his/her disk. Do you think this is feasible?

Thank you for modifying the homepage and your comments. I think it would feasable to include educationals tasks in the unit 2 course. Once I have completed the outline of the movie maker tutorial in my unit 2 page I will go back and edit it to include the said tasks.

I love the fact that your doing an ID on using movie maker as an instructional tool. In your portfolio you showed that teachers are failing to use technology and it doesn't matter whether they're young or old. That was great point. Movie maker is a great program to integrate technology into curriculum especially because it comes with the OS. So far, I only saw your Unit 2which was very thorough. I look forward to your first unit so that I can get suggestions and examples of using Windows Movie Maker with students to integrate technology into the curriculum.
Keep it up.
