Hi Lisa, This is a great start. You will find next week that your objectives will need to be adjusted. And these will provide you with a good place to start and will help you think about outcomes as I define them in last week's study guide. 1. To gain an understanding of reflection, Gibb's Cycle of Reflection, and how this is useful for facilitating student reflection in their learning. 2. To understand how learners think through an experience or incident is an important learning outcome of this course. 3. To design activities which implement the concepts and strategies about reflection.

In your top category I want you to address "outcomes" as I define them in my study guide last week. These are the big idea goals related to the type of learning you want your students (teachers) to gain. Take a look at the study guide and let me know if you need help.
