Instructor comments on your project -- Jz833665 13:47, 22 March 2012 (EDT)
Hi Lisa, Your project will address an important topic, as informed by your needs assessment. Please work on the learning objectives and task analysis that will help you create an informed structure of this mini-course.
I assume that you will focus more on the pedagogical aspect of this topic beyond technical things about how to use Linkedin. Finding resources about ways to use social networking in education (e.g. enriching traditional classes; enabling new ways of learning that involve rich communication among students and with outside professionals ) may help you.
Instructor comments on your units and objectives -- Jz833665 10:27, 15 April 2012 (EDT)
Lisa, it is great to see your latest work to define learning objectives and sequence them into four units, which seem appropriately organized.
A quick though: Your objective listed for "Unit Four: Assessing Effectiveness of Learning in a Professional Network" does not match with your unit focus. The objective focuses on designing learning activity instead of assessment.
