What is Audio-Lingual Method?

1. Learning Theory
Leaning is based on behaviorism for habit formation. Rules are induced from examples and repetitions.


2. Language Theory
Language is based on descriptive linguistics primarily for oral communication.


3. Teacher & Students’ Role
Teacher is the model, director and controller of the language of the students. Students are imitator of every model form their teacher or recordings.
