Note to the Learner:

As the closing lesson, it's fitting to have the one topic covered that most teachers were in need of: ways to make their already set routines even easier. These interactive boards in the classroom are to make the job of the teacher easier, not tedious and more difficult.

Why does this matter?

Walking into a classroom and seeing an interactive whiteboard, such as SMART Board, is pretty common these days. There are too many capabilities of the SMART Board that teachers are unaware of. For example, every school has a different process when it comes to placing a lunch order, going over their calendar with days of the week, the month, the year, etc., and even attendance. This lesson will cover those "other" items that aren't covered in the elementary curriculum.
