I have worked in Higher Education for nearly 20 years in many different roles, beginning my career in Student Affairs Administration. I am currently an Instructional Designer and provide faculty support in the development of their courses, training in the best practices of teaching and learning online, and using the learning management system. Prior to becoming an Instructional Designer, I worked as an Online Student Services Advisor. That experience helped me to understand the types of support online students need to thrive, and that a well designed online course helps students succeed.
I am currently enrolled in the M.S in Curriculum Design and Instructional Technology program at the University at Albany. This is my second Master's degree, my first being an M.Ed in Higher Education Administration. I also hold a BA in French.
