Aliza,

I think this is such a neat idea. I have never heard of using a pen like this to help students improve reading. I wonder if it would be useful in my foreign language classes. I think that you have done a good job on this page, everything is very clear. I am having trouble logging into the actual course. It brings me to a sign in page.

Looking forward to viewing the actual course.

Dana

Hello Aliza,

I just checked out your mini course that you send me. I think it is great! I really think that the layout of the course is very nice. It is easy to navigate and visually appealing. I like that you incorporated lots of different types of media including the recording of the introduction. I thought that it made the course much more personal. I also thought that the reflection activities were great. I liked the little light bulb that gave suggestions to the prompt. I thought that the pictures showing what the multi-colored notes looked like was great. I was thinking at the beginning of the course that I would like to see what it looked like, so I skimmed through the course and you had examples. I really want to try using this in my foreign language class. I think that it could be useful with a little modification.

The only issue I had with your course is I could not get the video to work for me in the first unit. I don't know if it is there and I missed it somehow, or if there was a problem uploading it and it isn't showing up. Either way, I will check back in next week because I would like to watch!

Looks like your course is shaping up very nicely. Dana
