Christina Nash's Professional Background

To begin to explain myself, I must explain my family, most of whom were either teachers or writers. Most influential among them was my maternal grandfather, a literature professor, who earned his MA at the tender age of 19. My paternal granfather was a high school biology and earth science teacher at Linton High School in Schenectady, New York. My mother is a Montessori art teacher. And among the writers in my family were my great-grandmother Viola, and my great uncle, E.B. White. My family was also friends with Robert Frost, who wrote a poem about my great Uncle Bob, entitled "Plowmen." Apparently, Bob started the first snow plowing business in Manchester, Vermont.
